Nancy Kister 
was appointed to the Board in July 2002 as a representative of petroleum business owners.  Ms. Kister is president of O&P Oil & Gas, Inc. The company, located in Andover, has since opened branches in Ashtabula and Hubbard. O & P Oil & Gas, Inc. is a full line petroleum distributorship and an owner of underground storage tanks. Ms. Kister has been active in the Ohio Petroleum Marketers Association and was first elected to its Board of Directors in 1985. She subsequently served as the Association’s chairman from 1992 through 1994. Her civic activities include being a director of the Ashtabula Area Chamber of Commerce, past president of Pymatuning Industrial Development and trustee of the Ashtabula County Growth Partnership.
